Touré Roberts is founding pastor of The Potter's House at One LA, one of the fastest growing churches in Los Angeles, and senior pastor of The Potter’s House of Denver. This book is so amazing that I want to read it over and over again. I just ordered the audible version so that I can escape at any time and read/ listen the amazing workmanship of an anointed writer. You will want to take notes, highlight and re-read this book so I suggest the audible also. I am doing a book club with my some of my family members because I want them to experience the wholeness that I am walking into.Satan doesn't mind you being saved but his concern is you becoming whole. We were created for so much more than most of us are living out. But, wholeness is the conduit to being able to walk in what God has called us to.Let this book be another tool that God uses to bring you into the Whole Person that He foreknew before the foundation of this world. Let's journey to wholeness together...Thanks PT for your diligence in writing this book, your obedience to God and the example you have set and is still setting for the people of all nations, culture, socioeconomic status, and faith... I don’t know that I can actually describe what this book did for me. Uncover. Expose. Detail. Explain. Encourage.If you’re serious about your personal growth in Christ, this is the book for you. Touré encourages you to uncover who you really are. He exposes the demons and weaknesses that ravage a Christian’s life. In detail he describes what it is; how it looks and feels and then explains ways to combat it. He encourages you to be made whole and free from jealousy, regret, and the past. This book is an amazing journey. His own transparency and testimony acts as a guide along this path. I can’t say enough how what he has shared is revelatory for most, truth through guidance for others. I’m all better because of the words he’s shared. Through and through I could feel his own authenticity and truth. This is now my reference guide. I’ve already began to examine myself when the feelings of jealousy, hurt or regret surface. I can’t explain enough what you’ll experience within these pages. Read this book, it’ll change your life! Intentional or not, there’s an anointing in these pages that will saturate heart and change your whole mind! #Wholeness

I pre-purchased the book and have been enlightened by so many amazing nuggets! I purchased the book for other women who are desiring to be whole in their identity in identity. I received this testimony from a friend who I gifted the Wholeness book to... She is a dear "sister in Christ"!So...let me tell you something amazing.As I read this book, God is already speaking to me..only on pg 26. I have always been in some sort of relationship. God told me to stay out of a relationship in 2018. Of course that does not come without challenge. I have this persistent dude who keeps inviting me to his house. I continue to tell him no. But the great thing is, during my journey of obedience, I am already experiencing transformation in my mind. I am truly thankful. This book has revealed to me that I am NOT whole. God had to get me to a place where I am not distracted (NO RELATIONSHIP!!!) in order to begin pursuing wholeness. Relationships were my crutch to mask what I did not want to see in myself.

I was reading 3 different books until Wholeness came out. I put a pause on the other books, they are important because they deal with leadership and strategy and improving as a person and in my craft of music. However, Wholeness is taking me on a different journey. It’s the deep soul surgery that I’ve had before yet having once again. To think that I’ve done so much work on myself as a person to find out that there are still blind spots, but it’s ok to not be 100% so long as I keep on this journey. I’m reading it and it’s not only touching my soul, it’s starting to heal my conscious of patterns that are ultimately toxic for me. In short, this is the book for the year maybe the decade when it comes to some real true self-help/spiritual growth! I’ve only just begun but it has been worth every moment and investment! Can’t wait to see the new me on the otherside! Thank you Toure for sharing your wounds to help heal ours!
